Terms of Service
Last updated: 28 July 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to autonetcloud.digital (the “Site”) and consulting engagements with Autonetcloud (“we”, “us”) for operational resilience audits and related fintech services. By using the Site or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.
Services
Autonetcloud provides professional consulting for operational resilience audits, business continuity assessment, incident response readiness, and third-party resilience mapping for fintech organisations. Descriptions and prices on the Site are informational. Binding scope, fees, and deliverables are set out in a written proposal or statement of work.
No online checkout
The Site does not process payments or provide e-commerce checkout. Invoices are issued under agreed commercial terms. Nothing on the Site constitutes an offer capable of automatic acceptance.
Client responsibilities
You agree to provide timely access to relevant personnel, documentation, and systems needed for the engagement, and to ensure you have authority to share that information. Delays in access may extend timelines without reducing fees for work already performed.
Confidentiality
Each party will protect the other’s confidential information with reasonable care and use it only for the engagement, except where disclosure is required by law or regulation.
Intellectual property
Pre-existing materials remain the property of their owners. Upon full payment, you receive a non-exclusive licence to use deliverables prepared for you for internal business purposes. Our methodologies and generic templates remain ours.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Hong Kong law, our aggregate liability arising from an engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits or regulatory fines imposed on you by third parties.
Acceptable use of the Site
You may not misuse the Site, attempt unauthorised access, scrape content at scale, or submit false information through forms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong. Courts of Hong Kong have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that may apply.
