Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to consulting engagements with Autonetcloud for operational resilience audits and related fintech services. The Site does not sell physical products, software licences, or process online checkout payments.

Eligibility

Refunds apply only to fees paid for confirmed engagements under a written proposal or statement of work. Informational prices on the Site are not invoices and cannot be refunded.

Timeframe

Cancellation requests must be sent in writing to hello@autonetcloud.digital at least seven (7) days before the scheduled start date for a full refund of prepaid fees not yet earned. Requests within seven days of start are handled as partial refunds as described below.

Full refunds

A full refund is available when: (a) we cancel the engagement for reasons within our control; or (b) you cancel in writing seven or more days before the start date and no billable work has begun.

Partial refunds

If work has started — including discovery interviews beyond the initial consult, dependency mapping, document review, or draft findings — fees for completed phases are non-refundable. Unused prepaid amounts for remaining phases may be refunded on a pro-rata basis after deducting documented third-party costs incurred with your prior approval.

Non-refundable items

• Completed audit, assessment, or readiness review phases already delivered
• Completed workshops or facilitated scenario exercises already delivered
• Third-party tooling, data room, or venue fees purchased on your behalf with prior approval
• Deposits explicitly marked non-refundable in the statement of work to reserve calendar time

Cancellation and rescheduling

You may request to reschedule a workshop or on-site session once without fee if notice is given at least five (5) business days before the scheduled date. Later changes may incur a rescheduling fee equal to 15% of the affected session fee.

No-shows

If key stakeholders fail to attend a scheduled workshop or exercise without timely notice, that session’s fee may be forfeited. We will offer one courtesy rebooking when capacity allows.

Work already started

Drafts, maps, analysis notes, and interim findings produced before cancellation remain billable for time incurred. Upon settlement, you may request copies of materials already paid for.

Purchased materials

Printed workbooks or specialised reference packs ordered for an engagement with your approval are non-refundable once ordered.

Refund process, timing, and method

Email refund requests with your organisation name, engagement reference, and reason. We confirm eligibility within five business days. Approved refunds are returned via the original payment method within ten to fifteen business days after approval, subject to banking timelines in Hong Kong.

Exceptions

If a statement of work specifies different commercial terms, those written terms control for that engagement. Mandatory rights under Hong Kong law are not limited by this Policy.
